Cash DME Medical Supplies Return & Refund Policy

At Cash DME Medical Supplies, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

New and unused
Unopened
In its original manufacturer packaging
In resalable condition
Returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging, when applicable

All returns require prior authorization from Cash DME Medical Supplies. Please contact us before sending any product back.

Medical & Hygiene Products

For health and safety reasons, certain medical, personal-care, and hygiene products cannot be returned once the manufacturer’s packaging or protective seal has been opened or the product has been used.

This may include catheters and urological supplies, incontinence products, ostomy supplies, wound-care products, personal hygiene products, and other items intended for direct patient or personal use.

25% Restocking Fee

Approved customer-initiated returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

The restocking fee does not apply if Cash DME Medical Supplies shipped the incorrect product or if the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

For customer-initiated returns, including ordering the wrong product or no longer needing an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly. When appropriate, Cash DME Medical Supplies will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damage to help us process your claim.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method, by check, or through appropriate refund methods at our discretion.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
