L-Mesitran® Tulle is a sterile 4 x 4 inch honey wound and burn dressing coated with 40% medical-grade honey. Designed for superficial wounds with none to moderate exudate. Non-adhesive square sheet.

L-Mesitran® Tulle Honey Wound and Burn Dressing is a sterile, non-adhesive 4 x 4 inch wound contact layer formulated with 40% medical-grade honey, medical-grade hypoallergenic lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000, and vitamins C and E.
It is intended for superficial wounds with none to moderate exudate. The dressing can be covered with an absorbent secondary dressing and secured as appropriate. Manufacturer guidance indicates replacement every 3 to 7 days, depending on the wound and clinical direction.
